Ziyao (Henry) Liu

Henry joined Actis in 2022, focusing on opportunities in Energy Infrastructure sector in North Asia. Prior to joining Actis, he was with KKR’s Asia Pacific Infrastructure team covering investment opportunities in Japan and Greater China.

Henry started his career at Macquarie Capital’s Infrastructure and Energy Group in Tokyo, where he worked on principal investment, advisory and financing transactions in Japan’s renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Henry holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Nanjing University and a M.Eng. from the University of Tokyo.
