Vanessa Warnock

Vanessa is a Principal in Actis’ sustainability team having joined the firm in 2024 with 19 years of international experience in Environmental and Social management within the energy sector.

Prior to joining Actis, Vanessa’s roles included: Director at Dalmore Capital, a UK-based infrastructure fund manager; Manager at Globeleq Africa, an independent power developer and operator and former Actis Energy portfolio company (Fund 2); and Principal Consultant in Mott MacDonald’s international power Environmental and Social consultancy services. Vanessa holds a BSc (hons) degree in Environment, Economics, and Ecology from the University of York and an MSc in Environmental Management for Business from Cranfield University.
