Nisha joined Actis in February 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Nisha has responsibility for a broad range of operations, people, financial and executive leadership activities and is a member of Actis’ operational, risk and valuation committees.
Nisha is a seasoned senior executive, with over 25 years’ experience across strategy, growth, fund structuring, debt finance and compliance. She also has a strong background in multi-sector real estate throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Actis, Nisha played a key leadership role in the in the strategy and growth of EQT Real Estate, including the fund raise of their Funds 1 and 2 and the merger with Exeter property group, Barings Real Estate in Asia, and the growth of EQT’s real estate AUM to over US$20bn.
Prior to this, Nisha held senior roles at Clearbell Capital LLP, Total Accountancy Solutions and Delancey Estates Limited.
Nisha is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
