Lena is our Director, Talent & Learning, responsible for developing and retaining talent globally at Actis. She partners with the business to understand our desired outcomes and enables each person to drive their career and deliver high performance.
Before joining Actis, Lena led a team who worked on Talent, Learning, Inclusion and Diversity, and Employee Engagement across APAC and EMEA at CBRE.
Lena is a qualified Executive Coach and holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology and a MA in Personnel and Development.
