Jonathan Levitt

Jonathan is a Manager in Actis’ sustainability team where he specialises in business integrity, leading both Actis’ pre-transaction business integrity due diligence work, as well as supporting Actis’ portfolio companies in their implementation of business integrity best practices, focusing on the crossover between sustainability and regulation. He joined the firm in November 2021.

Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in the field of business integrity. Prior to joining Actis, he led Deloitte UK’s Corporate Intelligence practice, where he managed hundreds of business integrity & ABAC due diligence, third party risk management and fraud investigation engagements across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas for clients within the telecommunications, energy, real estate, and financial services sectors (amongst others). Prior to this, Jonathan began his career in international trade, before serving as Operations Manager for a leading business integrity risk management consultancy in Shanghai. He speaks Mandarin and holds a BA in Chinese & Management Studies from the University of Durham.
