Henrique Profeta

Henrique is a Principal covering Americas based out of the Sao Paulo office.

He joined Actis in 2021 to focus on the execution and portfolio management activities in the energy and long life infrastructure strategies. He contributed to Actis’ investments in HRZ, Serena Energia and most recently in the acquisition of Enel’s portfolio of generation assets in Peru.

He has ten years of experience in Private Equity, M&A and Restructuring. Prior to joining Actis, Henrique worked at Credit Suisse Investment Banking Division. He started his career at Gradus Consultoria and later at RK Partners, where he focused on M&A and restructuring projects for some of the largest infrastructure companies in Brazil.

Henrique holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors, and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP).
