Gracie Li

Gracie Li joined Actis in 2019 and has since worked on several logistics projects from investing to successful exit in the Actis Real Estate funds. She is currently playing a key role in originating, underwriting, executing and managing infrastructure investments in China.

Prior to joining Actis, Gracie worked as an Assistant Associate Director of Investment Planning for Mapletree Investments, a global real estate developer headquartered in Singapore with AUM of S$78.7 billion, where she played a prominent role in China portfolio management and divesting assets to Singapore-listed REITs. Before Mapletree, Gracie was the Senior Analyst of Strategic Consulting at CBRE, where she provided advisory on commercial real estate market, urban planning, policies, valuation and financial analysis to institutional investors and local government.

Gracie holds a M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment with distinction from New York University, and a B.Sc. degree in Real Estate from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is also a CFA charter holder.
