Gabriel Catelan

As a Principal at Actis, Gabriel is responsible for investments across sustainable infrastructure sectors in Latin America, based out of the São Paulo office.

Gabriel joined the firm in 2021 and has since dedicated his efforts to executing and managing transactions across a diverse array of sectors, including transmission lines, toll roads, and wind power plants. He played an instrumental role on the deal team responsible for establishing ALLIF’s Transmission Platform and currently serves as a Board Member, providing support to the business.

Prior to joining Actis, Gabriel worked for RK Partners, the leading restructuring advisory firm in Brazil, where he handled transactions supporting clients in the infrastructure sector. Gabriel started his career at Patria Investments, an asset management firm based in Latin America, where he was involved in several capital raising and M&A deals.

Gabriel holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas – EAESP.
