Archer joined the Actis Energy team as an Associate in 2018. He is focused on Energy Infrastructure activities in Central and Eastern Europe where he played a leading role in Actis’ establishment in the region.
Prior to joining Actis, Archer worked for Green Hedge, an independent European solar developer, where he played a prominent role in the development and financing of ten projects and served as a member of the management committee.
Archer started his career at Lloyds Bank where he was part of the Energy Project Finance team and was involved in the financing of CCGT, wind and transmission projects.
Archer holds a BA (First Class) in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
