Actis wins three awards at LatinFinance Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards

Actis has won three awards at the LatinFinance Project & Infrastructure Finance Awards 2024. The firm won three awards for:

• Project Sponsor of the Year, for its outstanding work across Latin America on some of the region’s most significant transactions over the past year, notably the acquisition of Enel Generación Perú and Compania Energetica Veracruz (since rebranded as the Orygen platform)
• Infrastructure Financing of the Year: Andes, for the Enel Generación Perú / Orygen transaction
• Bond of the Year, for the financing of Actis energy portfolio company in Mexico, Valia Energia
