“Fundamentally, our projects are core, core-plus, but they happen to be in markets that are perceived to be riskier, and therefore labelled as sometimes ‘opportunistic’.

“When you’re talking about what’s been happening over the last few months geopolitically, is that stable? Is that a transparent, long-term stable environment? I would say no. Many of the markets we invest in are stronger, more stable, predictable and transparent.”
