Andrew Simmons

Andrew is the firm’s Chief of Staff. He supports the Senior Partner and the Executive Committee across a range of strategic priorities.

Before joining the firm in 2018, Andrew spent most of his career in strategy consulting working for Monitor Deloitte. Andrew led numerous strategic reviews for large, organisations and is the veteran of many commercial due diligence engagements. Andrew also has a deep interest in talent development and has woven in expertise in leadership and learning into his career, including a brief spell as Director of Talent for Actis. Andrew has a BA Honours in Modern History, and an MSc in Economic History from the University of Oxford.
