Markus Hieronymi

Markus joined Actis in 2022 and is responsible for a wide range of group finance activities, ranging from financial operations and external financial audits to financial planning & analysis and reporting. He works closely with many parts of the business, including fund heads, deal teams, capital raising, and platform colleagues and helps strengthening our corporate finance capabilities to support Actis’ strategic growth and business planning initiatives.

Markus has over 12 years of corporate finance and business transformation experience. He started his career in management consulting within the financial services industry primarily in financial restructuring and strategic transformations. His later experience includes working for companies in the satellite and technology sector where he was responsible for the corporate financial planning and overall finance function as head of FP&A and CFO, respectively.  Markus holds a BSc in Business Administration and an MSc in Finance.
