Mentor Management has worked on Actis-funded developments and continues to build our reputation as the most experienced sub-Saharan African private equity real estate investor.
Based in Nairobi, Mentor had already been operating for 25 years as a project and construction management business prior to the investment by Actis. Mentor’s services include project management, construction management, procurement, programming and planning, budget preparation and control, construction supervision and quality control.
