Raghvendra Chandak

With over 12 years’ experience in the Indian Real Estate industry, Raghvendra joined the Actis Real Estate team in 2018, and is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as asset management of investments.

Before Actis, Raghvendra enjoyed a 3-year tenure with Standard Chartered Bank’s Principal Finance Real Estate group (PFRE) and joined Actis when it was acquired from the bank in 2018.

Prior to PFRE, Raghvendra was working with the India team of Starwood Capital Group, accumulating over 12 years of experience in the Indian real estate industry so far.

Raghvendra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He also holds a B.E. degree in Information Technology from the Mumbai University.
