“Is raising money for growth markets easy? It’s never been easier in some ways. There’s an openness to understand these markets… When it comes to energy, it’s different. I’d say digital is a reasonably close second, but energy is by far and away [the most interesting sector], given the amount of need there is in our markets.

“European regulated infrastructure, as far as I can see, isn’t quite what it used to be on a cost relative basis. North America is looking less like what it used to be as an infrastructure destination, but either way, you can’t put everything into North America… You’ve got to open your minds to other solutions.”
