Neda Vakilian, Actis

Neda Vakilian has been a transformative force since joining Actis in January 2022. Named global head of the firm’s investor solutions group in 2023 and promoted to partner a year later, Vakilian oversees a team of 30, managing strategic investor initiatives, fundraising and product development. Under her leadership, the team has maintained strong fundraising momentum, continued to build out relationships with LPs, and enhanced operations with digital solutions. A key achievement was her role in the 2023 Actis-General Atlantic tie-up, which created a $96 billion global investment platform. She is said to have been instrumental in the lead up to the signing of a sales and purchase agreement between the fi rms, as well as in communicating the deal to LPs.
